Petitioner has approached this Court with the grievance that he was not fairly treated while conducting his medical examination in the recruitment exercise of the year 2005-06.
Petition is opposed by learned Standing Counsel.
There is absolutely no justification for this Court to entertain a grievance of the kind, as is the case herein, inasmuch as cause of action had arisen to the petitioner more than 13 years back. There is no justification for entertaining such grievance after inordinate and unexplained laches.
Writ petition, accordingly, is dismissed.
