Heard Sri Ashish Srivastava, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for the respondent Nos.1 to 3-State.
Sri Ashish Srivastava, learned counsel for the petitioner does not dispute the submission of the learned Standing Counsel that the petitioner has an alternative and efficacious remedy of filing the revision before the learned revising court under Section 210 of the Uttar Pradesh Revenue Code, 2006. Sri Ashish Srivastava, learned counsel for the petitioner does not press the relief sought in the writ petition. He recasts his relief and seeks leave to approach the competent court to invoke his remedies under the Uttar Pradesh Revenue Code, 2006.
It is always open to the petitioner to avail his legal remedies.
The writ petition is finally disposed of.
