JUDGMENT / ORDER

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned standing counsel.
Learned standing counsel informs that instruction has been received from opposite parties no. 1 to 5 in which he has been informed that petitioners are being considered for the post in question and they have been called for interview on 13.6.2014.
In view of above, I am of the view that no cause of action survives in the writ petition. Hence the writ petition is disposed off accordingly.
