1. After taking no objection from earlier counsel vakaltnama filed by Sri D.B. Mishra, learned counsel for the applicant, is taken on record.
2. Heard Sri D.B. Mishra, learned counsel for the applicant, Sri Kamlesh Kumar Tiwari, learned counsel for the opposite party and learned A.G.A. for State.
3. The present bail application has been filed by the applicant with a prayer to enlarge him on bail in S.T. No. 3628 of 2020 arising out of Case Crime No. 590 of 2020, under Sections 376D, 395, 386, 323, 354, 354A, 354B, 354D, 34, 412 I.P.C., and Section 5, 6, 9 and 10 POCSO Act and Section 67 and 67A I.T. Act, Police Station Sipri Bazar, District Jhansi.
4. After hearing the learned counsel for the applicant, learned counsel for opposite party and learned A.G.A., and after perusing the averments made in the present bail application as well as rejection order, this Court is of the opinion, that learned counsel for the applicant could not point out any good ground for grant of bail to the applicant.
5. Accordingly, the bail application filed on behalf of the applicant is hereby rejected.
6. The trial court is directed to expedite the trial of the present case and conclude the same expeditiously preferably within a period of six months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order, if there is no legal impediment.
