JUDGMENT / ORDER

Hon'ble Narendra Kumar Johari,J.
Heard Sri Ashutosh Shukla, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri S.P. Singh, learned counsel for respondents as well as learned Additional Government Advocate.
Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that there is irregularity regarding assessment and has been informed that there is a remedy before the concerned Executive Engineer under Section 6.8 of U.P. Electricity Supply Code, 2005.
Since the petitioner wants to approach Executive Engineer, petition is disposed of with liberty as aforesaid.
In case such remedy is invoked by the petitioner, same would be decided expeditiously in accordance with law.
