JUDGMENT / ORDER

Heard.
Petitioner has been transferred from Moradabad to Etah. Transfer is an incidence of service. Neither any Statute nor any Statutory Rule has been violated. There is no allegation of mala-fide nor any such allegation is substantiated. No grounds exists for interference under Article 226 of the Constitution of India.
However, to meet the ends of justice, the petitioner may submit a representation to the concerned authority within 15 days and the said authority shall take a decision thereon within one month thereafter.
The writ petition is accordingly disposed of.
