In view of the order dated 01.08.2011 the respondents have constituted a three Member Committee for enquiring the matter by means of Office Memorandum dated 09.02.2018, a copy of which has been annexed as Annexure No.-CA-1. The Committee was granted three months time to complete the enquiry and submit the report and it has been mentioned in para 6 of the counter affidavit that on receipt of the enquiry rerport, necessary steps will be taken by the Government.
Sri Vishal Agarwal, learned Standing Counsel prays for and is granted a week's time to seek instructions and bring on record the enquiry report submitted in pursuance of the Office Memorandum dated 09.02.2018 and as to what action has been taken by the Government in pursuance of the enquiry report.
