1. Heard Mr. Anil Kumar Singh Bishen, learned counsel for petitioner and Mr. Krishna Agarwal, learned counsel for respondents.
2. Connect and list along with Writ-C No. 15358 of 2019 (Nitesh Kumar Singh Vs. Union of India and Another).
3. On 3.5.2019, in the above writ petition, a Division Bench of this Court passed following order:
"The petitioner has drawn our attention to an order passed by this Court in Writ C No. 3751 of 2019 (Kanchan Verma vs. Union of India and another). The relevant part of the order is extracted below:
"In the meanwhile, the Director Identification Number (hereinafter referred to as DIN) and the Digital Signature Certificate (hereinafter referred to as DSC) of the petitioners be activated as an interim measure provided the petitioner furnishes an undertaking to the Registrar of Companies, Kanpur that the DIN as well as DSC shall be utilized only for the active companies."
Learned counsel for the respondents may file counter affidavit within six weeks. Rejoinder affidavit, if any, may be filed within a week thereafter.
List after expiry of the aforesaid period.
Having regard to the facts of the case, the benefit of the interim order extracted above, is extended to the petitioner also in the same terms. "
4. Benefit of aforesaid interim order shall also be applicable to present petitioner on the same terms.
