JUDGMENT / ORDER

On the request of Standing Counsel vide order dated 2.12.2015, a week's time was granted to seek instructions with regard to implementation of the order dated 26.4.2013 of the DIOS, Barabanki as well as further action in the matter. Today, learned Standing Counsel informs that he has sent the letter to the all the opposite parties on 4.12.2015 but no one has responded.
Taking serious view of the matter, the DIOS Barabanki is directed to appear before this court on 12.1.2016 to assist the court and explain as to why instructions were not furnished to the Standing Counsel.
List this case on 12.1.2016.
