1. Called in revise. No one responds on behalf of revisionist. Learned AGA for the State is present.
2. This criminal revision has been registered as defective for the reasons that certified copy of the impugned order was not filed at that time.
3. From perusal of record shows that certified copy of the impugned order has been filed by the revisionist on 5.7.2001.
4. Revisionist has challenged the order dated 30.6.2001 passed by Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aligarh on the application moved by opposite party no. 2 under Section 156(3) Cr.P.C. directing S.H.O. concerned to register the case in appropriate sections.
5. Upon perusal of grounds of revision, impugned judgement and order and having learned AGA at length, I do not find any illegality, irregularity or perversity in the impugned order passed by Magistrate concerned, even the revisionist is not able to make a fit case as to justify interference of this Court. I do not find any good ground to interfere in the same. No interference is warranted.
6. Dismissed accordingly.
7. Let order be communicated to the court concerned through District Judge for necessary action and compliance.
