Sri Shishir Mehrotra, learned counsel for the respondent states that he has received instruction that in the review medical test, the petitioner was found unfit and therefore, he could be selected. He, however, submitted that necessary papers relating to review medical test could not be received and he sought two weeks further time to produce the necessary documents.
