Heard Sri Pradeep Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner, Sri A.N. Mulla learned AGA and perused the impugned F.I.R, as well as material brought on record.
Sri Parmeshwar Kumar Singh, advocate submits that he has filed his Vakalatnama in the registry on 25.1.2019. However, he has filed his memo also.
The relief sought in this petition is for quashing of the F.I.R, dated 21.11.2018 registered as Case Crime No.258 of 2018, under sections 302, 120-B IPC P.S. Thoothibari District Maharajganj.
Matter relates to a serious offence of murder, investigation is pending, no ground whatsoever is made out to quash the FIR.
