JUDGMENT / ORDER

On hearing learned advocate for both the sides, Civil Application is in the present form is not tenable. However main grievance of petitioner -original respondent requires to be addressed to Special Civil Application No.2920 of 2010 shall be fixed peremptorily on 7th March, 2012. Civil Application stands disposed of accordingly.
