JUDGMENT / ORDER

This Civil Application is filed for fixing early date of hearing of the main matter i.e. S.C.A. No. 7851 of 2008 on the ground that the applicant is a senior citizen and awaiting final outcome of the litigation, even otherwise also, the matter is of 2008 and it deserve to be fixed for hearing, therefore, this Civil Application is allowed. The main matter i.e. S.C.A. No. 7851 of 2008 is fixed for final disposal in the week commencing from 27.08.2012.
