Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Standing Counsel for the respondent no. 1 and Sri Vikram Bahadur Singh, learned counsel for the respondent nos. 2 and 3.
Pursuant to the order dated 25.7.2019 passed by this Court, Sri Vikram Bahadur Singh, learned counsel for the respondent nos. 2 and 3 has produced instruction dated 27.7.2019 and submitted that now the impugned order dated 1.9.2018 passed by respondent no. 3 has been recalled, therefore, this writ petition has become infructuous and it may be dismissed as infructuous for which learned counsel for the petitioner has no objection.
Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous.
