JUDGMENT / ORDER

(Per : HONOURABLE MR.JUSTICE D.H.WAGHELA) Since the amount of cost imposed by order dated 04.09.2012 in SCA No.11002 of 2012 is not paid by the original petitioner as per the submission made by the office, the matter is required to be placed before the bench taking up contempt of Court matters for initiating suo moto action, if thought fit.
