ORDER Learned Government Advocate to accept notice for respondent Nos.1 to 5 and file a memo of appearance in four weeks. Notice to respondent No.6 is not necessary since the petitioner is assailing the issue of caste certificate and the validity certificate issued to respondent No.6. The petitioner has the alternate remedy of filing an appeal under Section 4 (D) of the Karnataka SC, ST and other Backward Classes (Reservation of Appointment etc.) Rules.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner in that light seeks leave to withdraw the petition and file an appeal in accordance with law.
Petition is disposed of accordingly.
