Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel appearing on behalf of State-respondent.
By means of this petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, petitioner is seeking a direction to the court below to decide the Civil Suit No. 243 of 2010 9Manoj Kumar Vs. Shail Kumari and others) as well as 6-C application, pending in the court of Civil Judge (J.D.), Mirzapur, in a time bound manner.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case this application is therefore disposed of with a direction to Civil Judge (J.D.), Mirzapur to decide the aforesaid suit, expeditiously, preferably within a period of one year from the date a certified copy of this order is produced before it.
