Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel.
By the instant petition, petitioner seeks the following relief:
“Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding to the respondent no. 2 i.e. Tehsildar (Judicial), Tehsil- Sadar, District Gorakhpur to decide the case bearing mutation case no. 2059 (old case no. 05436/2018) (Shaikun Nisha Vs. Rajaram & others), under Section 34/35 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006, pending in the court of respondent no. 2, within stipulated period fix by this Hon'ble Court.”
On perusal of the pleadings and material placed on record, this Court does not find any reason to expedite the case.
In view thereof, petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to make an appropriate expedite application. In the event, such an application is filed, it is expected the same shall be decided in accordance with law.
