JUDGMENT / ORDER

Respondent/Complainant Petition under Section 438 of Cr.P.C., praying that in the circumstances stated in the petition and the grounds filed herein, the High Court may be pleased to release the Petitioners/Accused No.14 to 16 on bail in the event of their surrender in Crime No.28 of 2014 of P.S., Golconda, Hyderabad.
The petition coming on for hearing, upon perusing the petition and the grounds filed herein and upon hearing the arguments of Sri H.Sudhakar Rao, Advocate for the Petitioners and of the Public Prosecutor, for the Respondent, the Court made the following.
ORDER:
“The petitioners are A14 to A16. They seek for grant of anticipatory bail. They allegedly committed offences under Section 147, 148, 427, 452, 506 and 307 read with Section 149 IPC as well as Under Section 25 of the Arms Act. As many as 21 witnesses had already been examined by the investigating agency. A2 had already been enlarged on anticipatory bail. A1 and other accused were also enlarged on bail. I consider that it would be appropriate to enlarge the petitioners on anticipatory bail in view of the stage of investigation.
Accordingly, this Petition is allowed. The petitioners shall surrender before the learned XVII Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Hyderabad, within two weeks from today. On such surrender, the learned XVII Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Hyderabad, shall enlarge the petitioners on bail on a bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) each with two sureties each in a like sum to his satisfaction. After their release, the petitioners shall appear before the Station House Officer, Golconda Police Station on every Monday and Thursday between 7.00 a.m. and 7.00 p.m. for a period of three months.”
