THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V. SESHA SAI W.P.No.30903 of 2010 Between:
Shaik Sayeed PETITIONER AND 1. Government of Andhra Pradesh, rep. by its Principal Secretary, Y.A.T&C(S) Department, Secretariat, Hyderabad, and another.
RESPONDENTS ORDER:
It is represented by Sri Mohd. Moin Ahmed Quadri, learned counsel for the petitioner that the cause in the writ petition does not survive for adjudication and the writ petition has become infructuous.
Recording the said submission, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No order as to costs. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
