ORDER:
This contempt case is filed alleging wilful disobedience of order, dated 22.01.2014, in W.P.No.1175 of 2014.
In obedience to Form-I notice issued on 18.10.2014, both the respondents are personally present.
At the hearing, it is stated that the petitioner’s application was disposed of on 20.10.2014. The respondents submitted that due to certain administrative exigencies, the time stipulated by this Court for disposal of the petitioner’s application has not been adhered to.
In view of passing of the order as directed by this Court and the explanation offered by the respondents for the delay in implementing the order of this Court, the contempt case is closed with liberty to the petitioner to question the order, dated 20.10.2014, passed by respondent No.2, if she feels aggrieved thereby.
The respondents are discharged from the contempt proceedings.
