ORDER:
This writ petition is filed for a mandamus to declare the inaction of respondent No.3 in considering the petitioner’s application, dated 29.11.2013, filed for grant of pattadar pass books and title deeds in respect of Acs.5.66 cents and Acs.3.92 cents in Survey Nos.928 and 929 respectively of Korlakunta Village, Obulavaripalli Mandal, Kadapa District as illegal and arbitrary.
At the hearing, the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue (AA), on instructions, submitted that the application filed by the petitioner before respondent No.3 is pending and that after holding enquiry, appropriate decision will be taken and communicated to the petitioner within four weeks.
This submission of the learned Assistant Government Pleader is placed on record and the writ petition is accordingly disposed of.
As a sequel to disposal of the writ petition, W.P.M.P.No.1379 of 2014 shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
