ORDER:
The grievance of the petitioner in the present writ petition is that the legal notice dated 16.05.2013 issued by him to the private parties as well as official respondents is not acted upon and as such, petitioner seeks a Mandamus to direct the official respondents to act upon the said legal notice.
2. In my view, the writ petition is completely misconceived, as, if a legal notice is not acted upon, the petitioner has to take recourse to available remedies under law but a Mandamus cannot be issued to implement the legal notice.
The writ petition is accordingly dismissed. However, this will not preclude the petitioner from making appropriate representation to the authority concerned in accordance with law. As a sequel, miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
