ORDER:
This petition is filed to quash First Information Report in Crime No.27/2012 of Dowlthabad Police Station Medak District for alleged offences under Sections 403, 405, 406, 407, 408, 409, 415, 417 & 420 IPC.
2. Heard both sides.
3. Learned Public Prosecutor submitted that police have completed investigation and filed charge sheet on 31-12-2012 and the same is registered as C.C.No.14/2013 pending on the file of Judicial First Class Magistrate, Gajwel.
4. Since police have completed investigation and filed charge sheet, recording the submission of the learned Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
5. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition, shall stand dismissed.
