ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed for a Mandamus to declare the action of respondent Nos.2 and 3, in not allotting kerosene to the petitioner though her kerosene hawker’s license is valid till 31.03.2015, as illegal and arbitrary.
After hearing the learned counsel for both the parties, the Writ Petition is disposed of with the direction to respondent No.3 to allot the regular quota of kerosene to the petitioner so long as her kerosene hawker’s license remains in force.
As a sequel to disposal of the Writ Petition, WPMP.No.51234 of 2014 filed by the petitioner for interim relief is disposed of as infructuous.
