Thereafter, hearing should be taken giving notice to the petitioner as well as the concerned Municipality. This shall be done within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, in this petition shall also stand closed. No order as to costs.
