JUDGMENT / ORDER

THE HON’BLE SRI JUSTICE VILAS V. AFZULPURKAR W.P. No. 4017 of 2012 Date of Judgment: 21.4.2014 Between:
Shaik Dastagiri …Petitioner And The District Collector, Nalgonda district and others ..Respondents THE HON’BLE SRI JUSTICE VILAS V. AFZULPURKAR W.P. NO. 4017 OF 2012 ORDER:
Heard learned counsel for the parties.
This writ petition is thoroughly premature, as even according to the petitioner, no objection certificate has not been issued in favour of 4th or 5th respondent. Hence at the moment no cause of action arises for considering the objection of the petitioner. The writ petition is dismissed, giving liberty to the petitioner to file his objections before the concerned authorities, which, according to the petitioner, are likely to consider the grant of NOC in favour of 4th or 5th respondent. Miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand dismissed. No costs.
