When the matter is taken up, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that erroneously land to an extent of Ac. 4.30 cents in Survey No.866 of Lakkireddipalle Village was shown as DKT land, whereas it is a private patta land. Land was purchased as early as in the year 1956 vide Document No.1040 of 1956. Having come to know that erroneously the land is shown as DKT land, the petitioner submitted a representation to the Tahsildar, Lakkireddipalle Mandal, YSR Kadapa District (3rd respondent), which was received by the Tahsildar, but so far, no orders are passed.
2. Having regard to the submissions made, the Writ Petition is disposed of without expressing any opinion on merits directing the Tahsildar, Lakkireddipalle Mandal, YSR Kadapa District (3rd respondent) to pass appropriate orders, as warranted by law, on the representation submitted by the petitioner within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
