JUDGMENT / ORDER

THE HON’BLE SRI JUSTICE C.V.NAGARJUNA REDDY Writ Petition No.30619 of 2014 Between: Shaik Ameerjan And Dated 29th October, 2014 …Petitioner The Government of Andhra Pradesh, rep.by its Principal Secretary, Civil Supplies Department, A.P.Secretariat, Hyderabad and others …Respondents Counsel for the petitioner: Sri V.R.Mannepally Counsel for the respondents: AGP for Civil Supplies (AP) The Court made the following:
ORDER:
This writ petition is filed for a mandamus to set aside show cause notice-cum- suspension order vide Rc.No.C1072/2014, dated 14.07.2014, of respondent No.3.
I have heard Sri V.R.Mannepally, learned counsel for the petitioner, and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Civil Supplies.
By the impugned proceedings, respondent No.3 while issuing show cause notice to the petitioner against the proposed cancellation of authorisation, has suspended the petitioner’s fair price shop authorisation pending enquiry.
Considering the fact that this order was passed as far back as 14.07.2014, and the order of suspension has come into effect, I am not inclined to interfere with the impugned order at this stage. Respondent No.3 is, however, directed to complete the enquiry, wherein he shall give an opportunity of being heard to the petitioner and pass a final order, within two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
Subject to the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of.
As a sequel to disposal of the writ petition, W.P.M.P.No.38276 of 2014 shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
