And whereas, the High Court upon perusing the petition and Grounds filed herein and upon hearing the arguments of Sri B.Madhava Reddy, Advocate for the Petitioners, while permitting the petitioner’s counsel to take out personal notice and file proof of the same directed issue of notice to the Respondent herein to show cause as to why this petition should not be admitted.
