JUDGMENT / ORDER

HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C.V.NAGARJUNA REDDY WRIT PETITION No.34871 of 2014 Date:20.11.2014 Between:
Shaik Alla Bakshu, S/o Abdullah . Petitioner And:
The State of A.P., reptd by its Principal Secretary, Civil Supplies Department, Hyderabad and three others.
. Respondents Counsel for the Petitioner: Ms B.Prasanthi For Sri I.Koti Reddy Counsel for the Respondents: AGP for Civil Supplies (Andhra Pradesh) The Court made the following:
ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed with the grievance that the respondents are not allotting the essential commodities to the petitioner’s fair price shop for distribution though his fair price shop authorization is subsisting.
At the hearing, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Civil Supplies (Andhra Pradesh) placed before the Court proceedings in Rc.J/1210/2014, dated 09.10.2014, of respondent No.2, whereby he has suspended the petitioner’s fair price shop authorization.
In view of the fact that discontinuance of allotment of essential commodities to the petitioner’s fair price shop is on account of the order passed by respondent No.2 suspending the petitioner’s fair price shop authorization, the premise on which the Writ Petition is filed has turned out to be incorrect. Hence, the Writ Petition is dismissed, however, with liberty to the petitioner to avail appropriate remedy if he feels aggrieved by the said suspension order.
As a sequel, W.P.M.P.No.43629 of 2014 filed by the petitioner for interim relief is disposed of as infructuous.
