Respondent/Defacto Complainant Whereas the Petitioners above named through their Advocate Sri Sarang Afzulpurkar, presented this petition under Section 482 of Cr.P.C., praying that in the circumstances stated in the memo of grounds filed therein, the High Court may be pleased to quash the proceedings against the petitioners i.e. Accused No.1 to 4 in CC. No. 328 of 2011, pending on the file of Hon’ble XV Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, at Hyderabad, in the above stated circumstances;
And whereas, the High Court upon perusing the Memo of Grounds filed herein and upon hearing the arguments of Sri Sarang Afzulpurkar, Advocate for the Petitioners, and of the Public Prosecutor for the Respondent No.1, directed issue of notice to the Respondent No.2 herein to show cause why this petition should not be admitted. And the Court also permitted the learned counsel for the petitioner to take out personal notice to the respondent No.2 by RPAD and file proof of service;
