Since this writ petition was filed challenging the resolution of the 2nd respondent passed on 24.06.2009, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to pursue alternative remedy available under the provisions of the Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation Act, 1955.
Permission is granted.
The writ petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty aforestated. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand dismissed in consequence. No costs.
