ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed with the grievance that the petitioner's representation, dated 26.10.2013, made to respondent No.2, to permit him to construct a culvert or a tiny bridge over Chinnavagu/Kondavagu in R.S.No.83 of Mylavaram Village, Krishna District for ingress and egress to his mango garden at his own expenses, is not being considered.
At the hearing, learned Government Pleader for Irrigation (Andhra Pradesh), on instructions, submitted that in pursuance of the petitioner's representation, an inspection has been made and respondent No.2 will communicate his decision to the petitioner within three weeks.
Having regard to this submission of learned Government Pleader, the Writ Petition is disposed of with the direction to respondent No.3 to communicate his decision to the petitioner within three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
As a sequel to disposal of the Writ Petition, W.P.M.P.No.49718 of 2014 filed by the petitioner for interim relief is disposed of as infructuous.
