Heard Sri Shyam Babu Vaish, learned counsel for the petitioners, Sri Mayank Yadav & Sri Vivek Kumar Singh, learned counsel on behalf of respondent nos. 4 and 5 and Sri Sanjay Singh, learned AGA for the respondents 1, 2 and 3.
This habeas corpus petition has been filed by Smt. Shaifali Verma seeking production of the corpus-petitioner no. 2 (Kishan Verma @ Vikas Verma).
Pursuant to order dated 23.10.2019 petitioner no. 2- corpus is present before the Court, who has been duly identified by counsel for the parties.
On being questioned, corpus has stated that he has never been detained or abducted by any person.
I have gone through the averments made in the counter affidavit filed by learned counsel on behalf of respondent nos. 4 and 5 and it cannot be said that the corpus, petitioner no. 2 is under any illegal detention of respondent nos. 4 and 5.
The present habeas corpus writ petition is, accordingly, dismissed.
