1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners.
2. It has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that both the petitioners are major. They have performed marriage out of their own sweet will as per Muslim rites and rituals in the Mosque at Bijnor. A copy of the nikahnama has been filed as annexure to the petition. It has also been submitted that the petitioners have also filed a notarized affidavit regarding their marriage.
3. Learned Standing Counsel has pointed out that there is no joint affidavit of the petitioners.
4. Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioners are present before this Court.
5. They look to be major as per their appearance.
6. This petition is disposed of with a direction to the petitioners to apply online for registration of their marriage and then to approach the S.H.O., Police Station Kotwali, District Muzaffar Nagar, who shall extend all necessary help and protection to the petitioners in terms of the Government Order dated 31.08.2019.
