The petitioner confines his relief to an early consideration of an application for temporary injunction in a suit for permanent prohibitory injunction. 2. I direct the court of the II Additional Munsiff of Thiruvananthapuram to dispose of I.A.No.208/2014 in O.S.No.37/2014 on its file expeditiously. Every endeavour shall be made to pass final orders in I.A.No.208/2014 within a period of one month from the date of production of this judgment.

The Original Petition is disposed of.
