JUDGMENT / ORDER

Heard Mr.S.Deenadhayalan, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.Sri Balaji, learned counsel, appearing for the respondents.
2. At this stage of the hearing of the writ petition, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has submitted that he may be permitted to withdraw the petition, with the liberty to approach the Debt Recovery Tribunal, Chennai, in accordance with law. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.
3. In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the Writ Petition stands dismissed as withdrawn, with the liberty, as prayed for. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. There shall be no orders as to costs.
4. Registry is directed to return the original impugned order, dated 14.10.2009, to the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.
