A perusal thereof goes to show that the recovery proceeding against the petitioner, after a fresh inqury in the matter, has been withdrawn on account of the fact that he was not found liable.
In view of the above, the relief sought for in this writ petition is rendered infructuous and the petition loses its efficacy and it is accordingly dismissed.
