1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel.
2. Solitary grievance of the petitioner is that her mutation application being Case No. 2538 of 2015 (Shahrun Nisha Vs. Asgarun Nisha) filed under Section 34 of U.P. Land Revenue Act, 2006, has remained pending for more than 5 years before respondent no.1/Tehsildar, Tehsil Kasia, District - Kushinagar.
3. Without entering the merits, the present petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent no.1 to decide the aforesaid case as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of three months from the date of production of a copy of this order, provided the petitioner does not seek any adjournment during that time period.
