Hon'ble Pankaj Naqvi,J.
Heard Sri Gyanendra Srivastava, learned counsel for the petitioners and Sri Abhishek Shukla, the learned standing counsel.
The trial court while rejecting the amendment filed by the petitioner in his written statement, has given liberty to the petitioner to tender the evidence sought to be introduced by way of amendment.
If that be so, no miscarriage of justice is caused to the petitioner.
The writ petition is dismissed.
