Ref. Order on Criminal Misc. Correction Application No.1 of 2019.
Heard Sri M.S.Khan, learned counsel for the applicant and Sri Abhinav Prasad, learned AGA appearing for the State and also perused the record.
The correction application has been moved for correction of the order dated 31.1.2019 passed by this Court.
The correction application is allowed and the order dated 31.1.2019 is corrected as under:
"In last line of of 2nd paragraph of the order dated 31.1.2019 the date of applicant in jail i.e.3.3.2017 is deleted and in its place 30.3.2017 is substituted and in 2nd line of 4th paragraph Section 506 I.P.C. is added after Sections 304 & 324 IPC and both shall be read as such."
Accordingly the correction application stands disposed off.
