Time Extension Application No. 1 of 2018
This time extension application has been filed by the applicants for seeking enlargement of time as provided in the order dated 03.04.2018.
Learned counsel for the applicants very fairly submits that the husband of the complainant, namely, Shahrukh has already been arrested. The other co-accused could not appear before the court below on account of sever ailment of Shahrukh, the husband of the complainant, who admittedly was being treated at Govind Ballabh Pant Institute of Graduate Medical Education and Research, New Delhi.
Learned counsel for the applicant submits that in case some indulgence is granted by this Court all the remaining applicants shall appear before the Court concerned within 10 days from today.
Consideirng the bonafide of the applicants as discussed by the learned counsel for the applicant, it is hereby provided that all applicants except Shahrukh, the husband of the deceased, shall appear before the court below on or before 10.02.2019.
Till 10.02.2019, no coercive action shall be taken against the applicants.
With the aforesaid directions, this time extension application stands finally disposed of.
