Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, learned Standing Counsel and Sri Manoj Kumar Singh, learned counsel representing the first respondent.
The petitioners are aggrieved by the order dated 21 August 2020 in terms of which the respondents have discontinued the service of the petitioners as Anganwadi Karkatris noticing that as per their date of birth, they have crossed the age of 62 years. The aforesaid factual position is not disputed.
In view of the aforesaid, the petition lacks merit and is hereby dismissed.
