Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned A.G.A. for the State respondents.
This writ petition has been filed for quashing the first information report dated 29.5.2021 lodged by the respondent No. 3 under Sections 147, 332, 353, 186 IPC, registered at Crime No. 0089 of 2021, Police Station Raunapur, District Azamgarh.
On the basis of instructions, Smt. Archana Singh, learned A.G.A.-I submits that the petitioners were not named in the aforesaid criminal case, whereas, chargesheet has already been submitted against the named accused persons on 10.9.2021 and further investigation is on against the petitioners.
Confronted with this situation, learned counsel for the petitioners states that he does not want to press the present writ petition, however, leave may be accorded to avail the remedy as available in law.
Consequently, the writ petition is dismissed as not pressed with the said liberty.
