It is clarified that pendency of the present writ petition shall not be considered as an interim order or stay of the proceedings in any Court in pursuance to the orders dated 18.04.2018 and 24.02.2018 passed by respondent No. 3 i.e. Deputy Commissioner Allahabad Division, Allahabad.
