Short-counter affidavit filed on behalf of the respondent no.4 through Sri Aditya Kumar Yadav, Advocate be taken on record.
It has been alleged that after the petitioners got married, the father of the petitioner no.1 lodged a First Information Report on 17.9.2019. Thereafter the petitioner no.1 has been taken away by the respondent no.4. Further, it has been stated that the petitioners had made their statements under section 164 Cr.P.C.
Under such circumstances, the petitioners may take recourse to such legal remedies as are available to them.
The writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of.
