1. Solitary grievance of the petitioner appears to be that his Case No. 3320 of 2016 (Computerized Case No. D201615603320) (Eqbal Vs. State of U.P. & Ors.), wherein the petitioner is a respondent, filed under Section 30 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006, before respondent no.2-Additional Collector (Finance & Revenue), Azamgarh, has remained pending since 2016.
2. Without entering into the merits of the case, the present writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent no.2-Additional Collector (Finance & Revenue), Azamgarh, to decide the aforesaid case, as expeditiously as possible, strictly in accordance with law, preferably within a period of three months from the date of production of a copy of this order, if there is no legal impediment provided the petitioner does not seek any adjournment during that period and cooperates in the proceedings.
