This writ petition has been filed against the orders passed in mutation proceedings.
It is settled law that no rights accrue from orders passed in proceedings which are summary in nature. Mutation proceedings being summary in nature did not bestow any right upon any of the parties.
If the petitioner, in any manner, is aggrieved by his name not being entered in the revenue records, he may file a Civil Suit and if the Civil Suit is filed, the findings of the Mutation Court shall not affect the Civil Court in any manner whatsoever.
The writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of.
